Make proper roast chestnuts with this speciality steel chestnut pan. Just be sure to make a cut on the flat side of the chesnuts before you roast them. The chestnuts should be roasted until the skin of the chestnuts are starting to blacken and the yellow flesh is visible through the cut and allow the chestnuts to cool before peeling. This pan has long handles and a heat-proof non-stick surface.
Alternatively, use this pan for foil-wrapped parcels if you want to cook other food over the flames.
