Made in Portugal using traditional methods, it’s very well insulated thanks to a layer of refractory brick, then rock wool, then a lovely warm orange brick finish.

• The aluminium door measures 39cm x 28cm and comes in two halves complete with a handy glass viewing window
• The door has an air inlet vent to help adjust the airflow inside
• The stainless steel chimney also helps regulate the flow of air therefore control the cooking smoke
• You can extend the flue to improve the chimney’s draft

This stunning brick pizza oven reaches a maximum temperature of between 350º and 400º faster than most. It also retains heat for longer so it’s an economical way to cook outside. Perfect for slow cooking as well as pizzas, the cooking area inside measures 90cm x 75cm and bakes a pizza within 60 seconds. Wow!
