The Callow 4 Burner Gas Griddle and Plancha with Stand and Side Tables is a gas barbecue with a difference. It features a plancha, a traditional Spanish flat-top griddle on which you can cook up so many different treats, thanks to four 2.5kW stainless steel burners, each with instant piezo ignition. The enormous enamelled steel cooking plate has a big cooking area measuring 83 x 36cm. How many steaks, fish or chicken legs can you fit on it? Loads!

This great item sits on a strong platform offering plenty of storage: a large shelf and two side tables, both at a comfortable food prep and cooking height. Two wheels make it easy to move. Use either propane or butane gas. We like propane best, simply because it burns hotter for better cooking. Buy your own standard gas hose of 8mm diameter plus the right gas regulator, either 28mBar for butane or 37mBar for propane, both available online.
