The infrared side burner has a grill grid, lid, and independent controls. The infrared burner at the back makes short work of rotisserie foods – buy yourself a rotisserie separately for even more versatility. The cast iron cooking grid pops out with ease, replaced by a range of Grid-in-Grid accessories, delights like a cast iron pan, pizza stone, wok, pastry inlay, and a Dutch Oven and poultry roaster.
